Emily is a dynamic public speaker and has taught classes, workshops and seminars in fundraising, grant writing, fine arts integration into other subject areas, disability awareness, creative writing, acting, directing, stage make-up, voice, and movement.
Most recently, she has presented faculty grant writing workshops related to instructional technology projects for The University of Texas at Austin.
Between 2003 and 2006, she conducted numerous Professional Development Workshops in Start With The Arts for prekindergarten and K-3 teachers; and in-class Playwright Discovery workshops for middle and high school students, and presented at national conferences and institutes through VSA arts of Texas.
She has extensive experience teaching theater and creative writing in higher education as an Instructor, Specialist, and Guest Lecturer including Austin Community College, Lansing Community College, McNeese State University, and the University of Texas.
She is available for workshops, guest lectures and presentations on various topics related to technology, arts, education, program planning and grant development on a limited basis: e-mail for more information.
