Commissions
If you like what you see in general, but don’t find the exact material you are looking for, you are encouraged to contact the author about possible a new play commission.
Commissions for new work are accepted on a case by case basis, subject to reasonable negotiated fees (usually $1500-$3000, depending on complexity of the project, which includes exclusive performance rights for a period of up to three years). Subjects of interest include (but are not limited to) strong women characters, poetry, history, science, politics, mythology, religion, and theatre for young audiences.
